The sizes seen on the website are what are available in stock at any given time. However, we are happy to liaise with the Designer on the possibility of making a custom order for you, where applicable. Please contact our customer care team directly at [email protected] for sizing requests.

Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive an email confirming the success of your order placement. If you do not get an email from us within 24 hours, please contact us via mail to confirm the success of the transaction.

In the rare event that the item you ordered is no longer available, you will receive an email from us informing you of the unavailability of it and your preferred next steps on the order. Upon your preference, the item may be exchanged with another item of the same monetary value or your payment refunded.

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine, change, or add an item to an order once it has been placed. However, if you will like to make any adjustments to your purchase (such as sizing, colour etc), please email our Customer Care team as soon as possible, before it ships out, and we will let you know of the possibility of such.

All orders are shipped directly from the Designer’s storefront or warehouse, and shipping timelines vary based on the unique production method of each Designer and the nature of the product. 

For ready-to-wear products, shipping may take 3-8 working days depending on the geographical differences between the Customer and the Designer. Made-to-order or pre-ordered products may take longer timelines ranging from 2-4 weeks, due to the peculiarities of sourcing and local artisanship within the Designer’s region.

If you ordered from multiple Designer brands, your items will arrive separately. We will email you the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent.

We apologise for any delay in your shipment. Delays could be due to the production nature of the ordered item, or logistics constraints with our shipping partner. For correspondence on your shipment, please contact us directly at [email protected]

Yes, you can track your shipment in real-time. Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking number from us to enable you to see your shipment status at any time.

We apologise for any error in your order! If you have received a wrong order, please email our customer care team with your order number and product photograph and we’ll look into initiating a return or refund for you.

If you have received a faulty order, please email our customer care team as soon as possible, providing your order number and product photograph, and we’ll look into it for you.  Kindly note that items that have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty nor deemed for returns or refund.

Yes, you may cancel or return your order if it’s initiated within our accepted timeframes. 

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of making payment for the order.
  • Returns are accepted if initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

To cancel an order or initiate a return, please email our customer care team. We are unable to accept returns on made-to-order items that are customized to your specifications. For order cancellation, a refund will be sent to the original payment method used in placing the order. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.

The shipping fees displayed at checkout are exclusive of custom fees or duties. Once the item arrives at your destination, you will be required to pay any duties levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to receive your order. Kindly contact your local customs office or tax authority for more information.

Pre-ordered items are yet-to-be-released Designer pieces that you can purchase ahead of their releases. Pre-ordered items require full payment at checkout and you will receive an email as soon as your item has been released and is ready to be sent, with the estimated delivery date.

Our brands go through a careful expert selection on the basis of their creative authenticity and product quality. Every product displayed on our website is shipped directly from the Designer’s storefront or warehouse, thereby guaranteeing the authenticity of each.
