RETURNS & EXHANGE POLICY

We accept returns within 20 days for a refund or exchange, where available. Please note that returns are accepted only on regular-priced items, and do not include items that were purchased on Sale.

All returns must be initiated and emailed by the customer to our Team within 7 days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for repackaging and shipping the item on time.

 
ELIGIBILITY

The following conditions apply for what makes an eligible return:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Be careful not to smear clothing garments with makeup or any form of stain, or rub off deodorant on such when trying them on. We will not accept any returns that have been worn, used, or soiled.
  • Swimwear or undergarment items must only be tried on over your own undergarments and must be returned with the hygiene seals attached to them in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
  • When trying on footwear, be careful not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
  • Items that come with a KARAH security tag or brand tag attached to them must be returned with the tag in its original position

 
EXCEPTIONS

  • Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
  • Made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
SHIPPING FEES

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to KARAH or the specified address for returns. We recommend sending back the product using the most cost-effective trackable shipping method that is available to you.

Where KARAH is initiating a return for you using its Logistics Partner, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and this will be deducted from your refund. In the event of a possible exchange, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees incurred in the process.

 

LIABILITY

Please note that KARAH is not liable for any loss or damage of goods that occur in transit. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product gets back to KARAH in acceptable condition, as indicated above.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days following the receipt of the product in an acceptable condition. All eligible returns will be issued in United States Dollars (USD).

ACCEPTANCE

Please note that returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted nor deemed eligible for refunds. No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 7-day notice period or fail to ship the product back to us or the seller (as directed by us) within 20 days after the product was delivered to you.
