SHIPPING POLICY

We offer worldwide shipping via our Logistics partner, DHL. All orders are shipped directly from the Designer or Seller’s storefront or warehouse, and shipping timelines vary based on the unique production method of each Designer and the nature of the product. 

 

TIMELINES
  • Ready-to-wear products may take 3-5 working days
  • Made-to-order or pre-ordered products may take 2-4 weeks

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. If you ordered from multiple Designers or Sellers, your items will arrive separately. We will email you the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent.

 

FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES

Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination of your order. The product Prices displayed on the website are not inclusive of shipping fees. The shipping fee for your order will be summed and shown to you upon checkout.

International shipments may be subject to taxes and duties based on the destination country. You (the customer) are responsible for all taxes and duties, and any fees charged by customs. KARAH has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. KARAH is not responsible for any delays that may arise from your destination’s customs clearance processes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for rates and processes before placing an order.

If you refuse a shipment from KARAH due to customs duties, taxes, or any other reason, you will bear the responsibility for both the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your total merchandise refund.

 

DELIVERY

Your order may be delivered by either your local postal service or by an express courier. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service or courier to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. A signature may be required for larger deliveries. LIABILITY All orders become the responsibility of the Customer once received by the shipping carrier. KARAH will not be responsible or liable for the loss or damage of any item(s) in transit. Please note that this shipping policy may be updated from time to time.
